Good Day
I wanted to cancel my Clientele Legal cover, since they won't be of any use to me. They only assist you with NEW legal matters. Something I thing they really should advertise as well.
That being said, I phoned on Monday 13 January 2014 @ 10:40am, I spoke to Karishma, after taking my id nr (because after 3months I still have NOT received any documentation or membership card) to confirm that I am a member. I told her I would like to cancel my membership. She then transferred me to another person, Lerato... here I had to do the whole id confirmation story AGAIN. I told Lerato that I would like to cancel my membership. AGAIN I was transferred. Now I spoke to Warren... here I had to do the whole id story AGAIN... and told Warren I would like to cancel my membership. Warren then informed me that he send a (get this) SMS to his supervisor to call me and assist me with the cancelation of my membership. Seeing that there is a 30 Day cancelation period, I wanted this matter sorted out before 13 February 2014. No one has contacted me back.
