Very poor customer service

They took my booking but never once told me they cannot accommodate my required dates. Only once I arrived did I discover I had to leave earlier than requested. Tried to speak to the owner buthe never returned my call, nor respond to my email.

If operated like this in my companies I would be closed, guess this is captive business!
