Wasted my money

I ordered a family photo shoot from PHOTO BLOUBERG STUDIO in Parklands - the voucher expired end December 2012. However they were not able to accommodate me on any of the dates I requested and agreed to extend the voucher into January/February provided I supply them with the Voucher Ref no. All subsequent attempts to confirm a mutually suitable date have failed - no reply to my emails and phone which is not answered... I think they may have closed down.

Groupon also does not respond to my emails in this regard. Guess I should have checked the Hello Peter website before shopping with Groupon... I see 100's of complains against this company. I guess I have lost my money and WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GROUPON AGAIN.
