A voucher for Blingstallation was purchased at Makro some weeks ago & an appointment was made for 12.00 on Wed, quoting the voucher number, as requested. an sms was subsequently sent confirming the appointment. i had taken leave from work on the day to accommodate the team, while my husband was at the office some 40 km away. the team arrived an hour earlier than expected, and, having moved some furniture around, requested the original voucher. this was with my husband, as neither during the booking nor via sms were we informed that it would be required. the team refused to carry on, needing authorisation from the office. for an hour and half no one was available, apart from call centre agents with no authority to make decisions, and i was told that no one may speak to management directly. Someone had called the technician in the interim, and told them to leave the site. they refused to speak to me. Eventually i got hold of a lady in mngmt, who had made no attempt at resolving the matter, but instead practically accused me of lying about not being informed that the voucher was needed. The team left 1h30 later, with no work done. What a waste of time and money & what pathetic protocol
