Ocean Basket
False Information on Booking

Hello, i am really not happy about Ocean Basket, my girlfriend called to make a booking for us for 14th February to have dinner there for her birthday. Tsepo answered the call and made a booking for us for 19:00 - 19:30. today when she calls to confirm the booking they tell her they don't make bookings for 14th February so we don't have a booking, this is really unacceptable i booked my flight ticket to see her and treat her by her favored place. Ocean Basket must really get there staff trained better, not sure how many people got the same problem but i hope the Manger (owner) takes this serious.
