Toxic Environment at Riverview Mano

I was bookeed into Riverview manor in Underberg in Jan. I was booked in for 21 days but left after 3 days due to disgusting conditions. I have emailed a full report to the Management who have never responded. My 1st night at the clinic was shocking. When i went into the bathroom to shower, there were wet smelly towels and faceclothes thrown on the floor which had not been cleaned from the previous patient. I reported this to the nurses on duty who said I should should push them to the corner and they would sort out the next day. The bath was also filthy with marks around it and what looked like mould in some of the cracks (I have pictures). Luckily I carry disinfectant with me, so I managed to clean it as much as I could so that I could have a shower (which is over the bath). Secondly, when i lifted the duvet off the bed, the bottom sheet had blood stains on it. I stripped the bed completely and slept on my nightgown with my own pillow which I had brought with me. The gym area had cigarette all over and spilled juice which had been there for days. The pool was filthy and the grass around it, overgrown. The nurses uniforms were grubby, the couches in tv room filthy
