No-one seems to be able to solve problems

Every few months my chronic medicine claim is lost or cannot be processed. It is not the fault of the service provider or myself. Today Marina left me holding on (total call time 16 min 45 sec) and did not phone me back because she claims she was receiving incoming calls. I then phoned the call centre again and could not be heard. I phoned again asked Hennie to get Marina to phone me back. He took my details and asked me to hold on for a minute. He did not come back to me as promised so I hung up. Eventually Marina phoned me back who claims she was now phoning me during her tea break. She says she referred the claim to another department as she could see nothing wrong with the documentation. I asked her to put me through to the department that she has referred the claim to, this she refused point blank. I told her that the only way I get a response is to put the complaint on Hello Peter.
