Chronic claim reversed. Discovery blocking dispense

My chronic medication for asthma was updated by my doctor, and Topraz 10mg was approved by Discovery.

I went to fill my script on Saturday 19/01/2013, but the pharmacist at Benmore Gardens Dischem reversed the claim, because he made an error (this is reflected on the claims statement). However he could not put the claim for Topraz 10 mg through again.

On 24/01/2013, we went to Dischem in Norwood mall, and were advised that the medicine could not be dispensed. I phoned Discovery on the evening of 21/01/2013, and I was told by the call centre agent that the claim had indeed been reversed, and that I should call the Discovery chronic line in the morning. I was also sent the claim statement that showed that the claim for the Topraz 10 mg was reversed.

However, my wife phoned Discovery Chronic enquiries on 2013/01/22, and they said the claim was NOT reversed, and I need to go back to Benmore Dischem. This despite the fact that both the Discovery call centre, AND the claims statement show that the claim WAS in fact reversed.

I need the Topraz 10 MG, and Discovery seems incapable of allowing the medicine to be dispensed, even though the claim was clearly reversed by the pharmacy.
