Resolution Health is Falling Apart

My claim for my daughter's chronic asthma medication has been ignored for 2 months - it's usually paid within 2 weeks. I phoned 3 times and have been passed backwards and forwards, always with another excuse. First they asked me to resend the claim, which I did. I phoned back to check 3 weeks later that it was being processed and was told that the attached claim in jpg format could not be viewed - I must please resend it as a pdf. They made no effort to communicate that the claim wasn't in order and couldn't be processed (twice!) I resent it on 27 February as a pdf and phoned on11 March to again check on progress. Client services had received my previos claim but could not trace the original sent to 'claims'. The client service assistant forwarded her copy on to claims and told me that now it will BEGIN to get processed! In the meantime I have to pay in advance for my daughter's monthly medication. My hospital plan contribution to Resolution Health is just over 25% of my GROSS salary (for 2 adults and 2 kids). With service as bad as this and the steep price increase (I asked them to reconsider or negotiate on and got completely ignored) I am very close to cancelling my policy!
