Wait!!!

When I called for an appointment this morning I had to wait listening to music and automated messages for ten minutes. I eventually disconnected the call and called back later. Every time I have an appointment with Dr Aldous I have to wait at least an hour. The last date was Wednesday, 29 January. I told the lady taking my booking that if i have to wait again i will leave and not come back. When I ask reception or Rika at bookings why I am waiting they keep passing the buck and tell me to speak to Dr Aldous about it. They say they book him every 5 minutes. Since when does a doctor's appointment take 5 minutes?
