I called for an appointment with the doctor in July and was told that I could only get one on the 3rd of October, 3 months later. I confirmed it. On the afternoon of the 25th September, a week before my appointment, the lady from the doctor's rooms called me to say that she has to reschedule, this after me waiting almost 3 months!! She explained the doctor was going away for a conference overseas and she can offer me the 15th of October at 9 o clock. I said it's fine, if I cannot make it, I will call. On the morning of the 15th, at 8:15, I called the rooms to confirm. The lady said I had no appointment! It's now been almost 4 months!!! I told her this was extremely unprofessional and she had the cheek to tell me I was being unprofessional. She said she was responsible for all bookings and there isn't one and that also the doctor wasn't seeing any new patients. I tried explaining to her that when I called in July, the doctor was STILL accepting new patients. She was very rude and I was very upset. I put the phone down after stating that I was going to report this.
