Completely Unprofessional

I made an appointment with Raymond Swinton from PNF Financial Services regarding a Discovery Medical Aid Policy. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday at 10:00am in Pretoria.

I even went as far as to ask Raymond Swinton what time would suit him, as I didn't want to inconvenience his weekend plans. Today I arrived at our meeting venue at 9:52am, I waited until 10:40am, I called him three times, and he just didn't bother to show up, return my calls or even just email me to tell me that he won't be coming.

I wasted my time, money and energy today, trying to get in contact with one of the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. What type of company hires people who neglect their potential clients by embarrassing them?

I will not be using PNF Financial Services [URL Removed] as my medical aid broker, and I will sure as not be referring anyone to them or Raymond Swinton. You and your company are pathetic.
