At 13:55 I arrived at Lakeview Hospital for an appointment with the Podiatrist Sherisha Neerachand at 14:30. Being early I informed the Reception staff of my arrival and patiently waited for my turn, with one woman ahead of me for an appointment as well. A brief moment passed and the women went in. A few minutes later she left, assuming my turn would be next. At 15:10 I approached the Reception and asked if Sherisha was still busy, to which they informed me that Sherisa had already left and will only be available to see me either after 17:00 or This Saturday. I informed them I could not make it for either and calmly left the premises.

My question is, how did the Podiatrist forget my appointment, and why didn't the Reception staff told her of said appointment. I find this sort of thing absolutely appalling and unprofessional. Needless to say, I am searching for a Podiatrist at another hospital since I have lost all respect for Lakeview Hospital. I shan't be returning to a place that wastes my time so freely.
