Every year I am always using Coastlands Hotel for Vacation and when I am doing my bookings Rita is always responding quickly and she provide the Ref number for the bookings, I had a complaint about the service i got when i visited on the 24th December 2012 on the arrival date I waited at the reception for long time and yet my room was not ready but when i was told it was ready for me the kitchen was not in good condition and i told her via email in January and send her proof and she apologised about that and I am happy that she is still trying to assist me in finding the Accomodation in Coastlands Umhlanga
