Coastlands Hotel
At Coastlands Umhlanga while on conference

I stayed at Coastlands on the 26-28 July 2013 on conference with Crown National. We arrived on Friday the 26th. That evening we went to the Barnyard Theatre for a show. My bag was in the room as we were told there would be no evening room clean up. When we got back the room was cleaned and made and my make-up was missing. I decided to report it in the morning as it was just make-up. I got up the next morning the 27th only to find that my white gold diamond studs were out of my bag as well. Had we known that there would be cleaning that evening I would have locked my bag in the safe. I reported to management that morning. They said they would get back to me as there wasnt supposed to have been anyone in our room that evening. Sunday morning when we were leaving I was told that there will be a polygraph done and I will get feedback. Today is the 7th August and I have still not heard anything. I have tried to call Coastlands to speak to a manager and the managers line is always busy. It is quite disturbing and sad that things get taken out your bag and especially for people to even enter your room when they were not instructed. I WANT FEEDBACK and some action taken!
