Bad service from groupon buy

I purchased a voucher on groupon for a special at Morningside Laser Lab for a wash cut and blow dry on the 25/01/2013. From the day i purchased the voucher i tried calling the number but it said the number u have dialled is incorrect. At 1st i thought it was just because their lines were busy. I went on to the website that was given on the voucher to see it there were any contact numbers. I tried calling those number which 1 of them was also incorrect and the other just rang until it went to voicemail. On the 27/02/2013 at 09:59 i called the groupon service number where the person i spoke to gave me the same number that shows on their website. Eventually after trying for half an hour i got throw to them on the 28/02/2013 and i spoke to Zanele who informed me that she can make a booking for me but they not open on a Saturday so it must be from Tuesday to Friday from 8am- 5pm. I work i am not able to go during the week so she told me i must call the next day (01/03/2013) to speak to the Manager who apparently is also the stylist to find out if she will come in on a Saturday to do my hair. I did not speak to ther manager as she was not in and no has called me since. This is not service
