Horrible service from Coastlands hotel

I called the hotel to find out about their restaurant and what they offer. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. This is the treatment you get when you call them, what treatment will you be getting if you go to this place. Really not professional for the image they portrait. They should really give their staff proper training.
