Will my claim EVER be processed?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I first submitted my dental claim on the day it occurred - 25th January 2013. To date, it has STILL not been paid, despite submitting it several times via e-mail and by fax. I have phoned several times to get this sorted out and I am now extremely annoyed that it still has NOT been sorted out!! What IS the problem??? Your staff confirmed the initial claims were legible yet you still sent me emails saying that it was not. No one phones me back to confirm what is happening as they say they will. Please tell your staff not to tell the clients that they will personally deal with claims and get them processed if they do not intend to do this. I am sick of your incompetent service and it seems I am not the only one. I need my money back TODAY!!!
Time to find a substitite medical aid that actually cares.
