Submitted medical claims to the amount of R5091.60 via email to Discovery Health on 31/07/2013. On 14/08/2013 phoned Dicovery to query claim as it is supposed to take only 2 working days. They said they cannot understand why the claim has not been processed and will send it in for reprocessing. Another 2 workings to wait. On 20/08/2013 I phoned Discovery again and the claim is still not processed. They said I must resubmit claim as they cannot see the claim. How is this possible?
