Problems - once again

Received an email on on 21/10/2013 that an amount of R132.70 (Mail ref nr: 684708125) will be paid to me on 19/10/2013. This did not happen!!! As this is MY money please ensure that either:
1. you pay the money to me as per the email i received; or
2. reflect it against my self payment gap (i submitted proof of payment on 27/9/2013 via the drop box at my employers, long before you processed payment for the same service provider and then via email the week after) and then reprocess all claims received after above date.

I understand that the initial problem happened as a result of a doctor submitting a claim incorrectly, however i can not phantom how it can be this difficult for discovery to resolve. This is surely not the first time that you will have to deal with a problem like this!

Please also email me a statement of my self payment gap.
