RECEIVED AN AUTHORISATION VIA SMS ON THE 13/02/2013 FOR RADIOLOGY. WHICH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT THAT SAME DAY AS WELL WITH THE PHYSICIAN WHICH I HAVE A DIFFERENT AUTH NO. THE HOSPITAL SENT THE BILL TO THE MEDICAL AID WHICH IS NOW REJECTED AND WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE I SPOKE TO A LADY BY THE NAME OF MICHELLE ADVISED ME SHE WILL LOG A CALL WICH WAS DONE ON THE 04/03/2013 WITH REF T9123934 FOR THEM TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AND GET BACK TO TO DATE STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK. HOW CAN THE MEDICAL AID SEND ME A AUTH NO FOR THE 30/02 MONTH ON THE 13/02/2013 JUST DONT MAKE SENSE IF I DONT GET NO JOY IM TAKING THIS TO THE MEDICAL AID BOARD. EVERY MONTH THEY EXPECT PAYMENT BUT WEN IT COMES TO PAYING CLAIMS THERE IS ALWAYS PROBLEMS PATHETIC.
