Refund not made as promised

This is ridiculous. Bonitas had to refund me. 1st my banking details mysteriously disappeared from the system and I had to resend it which I did. 3WEEKS AGO. Last week I phone in, spike to the supervisor Meclia who promised to get back to me with an answer by cob Friday. That did nit happen. Monday I call in, hold on for 21 MINUTES for them to tell my they will check with finance and me know. Katgomotso did come back to me and even emailed me confirming it will be done on Tuesday. Yesterday my refund still didn't show in my account. I sent an email to to the address I received the confirmation from but with no reply except that they will attend to my query. This is ridiculous. I cannot get hold if any one an when i do i have to hold on because everyone is suddenly in meetings. They did not honour what they promised to do. This refund has been due for a month now!!! Very very disappointed in Bonitas!!!
