BONITAS NOT PAYING A/C AFTER CONFIRMING IN WRITING

My husband has a PMB Condition with Bonitas for Fractures. Basically he has 3 consultations with a Orthopedic Surgeon for Fractures per year, which does not get taken out of our savings. Bonitas has not paid the Orthopedic Surgeons Accounts. Then also every time my husband goes for his check up with the Orthopedic Surgeon he needs to have X-rays first to take with to the doctor, we did not see any X-rays under the list which falls under the Fracture PMB Conditions, so my husband emailed Bonitas to confirm if this will be covered under the PMB Condition. We have a reply in writing from Bonitas confirming the X-rays WILL be covered. After 22 calls to BONITAS since May regarding these accounts (I requested a call log from Bonitas), I received outstanding accounts from the Orthopedic Surgeon & Xrays wanting to hand me over. I then called Bonitas who advised that the accounts were under investigation before they could be paid. I then emailed Bonitas copies of the outstanding accounts, the confirmations in writing confirming these accounts will be paid, the call log and all necessary documents which would actually complete their investigation. Bonitas has STILL failed to respond.
