FED UP with Bonita's excuses!!!

We have been very loyal clients of Bonita's for - 3 years and have always been able to give praise in front of our friends and family for the good quality service we have been getting, well up until early December that is...

I have been trying to claim back for our scan done by Dr. E Steyn since the week of 9 December 2013. We received an sms round about the 17th December 2013 to say that there will be an amount of R400 paid into our account by the 27th of December. As we have claimed from Bonitas before we figured that they would have our refund account and didn't think much more of it.

End of December came and went with no refund.

I phoned Bonitas again on 7 January 2014 enquiring were our refund is to which the response was they did not have refund banking details so they have not done it yet... HELLO! Should I not have been informed of this so that we can sort things out asap?

So I resent everything (incl bank details) on 10 January 2014 with NO response whatsoever.

Upon enquiry today I was told that I had to send a copy of my husband's ID with the rest of the documents and this is why the amount has STILL not been refunded.

Now I wonder what will your next excuse be?
