I have added my partner to my medical aid in beginning of Jan 2013 and with Bonitas poor admin system they only added her to my medical aid on the 21/01/2012. They deducted a double payment at the end of Jan 2013 after i have advised they can not bill me a double payment if she havent been on my medical aid for a the month of Jan. I was advised to stop the debit order before a certain time in Jan'13 and did just that.
Bonitas STILL went and took the double payment. I have requested a refund with my broker and still have not hear anything. I have called Bonitas to request a refund and now i have to wait another week for my refund.
I really feel this is not fair to customers due to lack of admin
