Not happy with the benefits

I have been a member since last year, I'm on the primecure& ingwe option I chose it because I don't get to see the doctors that much and its the one I can afford for now but I hv a problem when I visit most network GP's they give me a script for medication I must buy, but my option doesn't allow me to do that. How am I supposed to get medication? Must I pay cash while im paying for a medical aid.
