Turned away by Doctor on list

Momentum no longer have a Prime Cure option. We were assured of seamless integration whereby our staff who were on the Prime Cure option in 2012 would have no problem going to new doctors on a list presented by Momentum (i.e. no longer the Prime Cure centres) We received an 'updated' list of Doctors on the Ingwe option. Doctor Suliman (Pinetown) who is on the list turned my staff member away saying he doesn't do the Ingwe option, only the Prime Cure option. My staff member had to go and buy painkillers while we try and sort this out. Still waiting for a response from Momentum.
