No response on chronic apllication

I have submitted an application for my 2 year old daughter for cover of her chronic medication, visits to the Doctor and blood tests. The application was sent on 21/01/2013 and as of yet I have no results. Some additional information was requested which both the Dr and I supplied. I have since then sent numerous emails asking about the outcome, each time I receive an automated response but nobody answers my questions. The previous 2 years were covered and the application process took about 2 weeks without to many hickups. I am not sure what to do next. I already had to buy Jan and Feb's medicine myself. I am holding back on the blood tests while waiting for the applications results, which is not a good thing for my daughter as we need to know if the medicine is working. Can somebody please respond to my application.
