I have been on Momentum Health Medical Aid for 2 months and have had no joy. In 2 months i have spoken to about 10 different people regarding my sons cronic medication and still am waiting today to see when and how this will be possible. The fist month i had to pay fot it myself, even though it is covered by this medical aid, because of the information given to me by Medi Post where the medicine comes from was wrong. i was told 3 days not 7 days to get my medication so i paid for it myself. This month it has taken me 7 days, from me going to the doctor for my sons script a week earlier so i have time to get it. I have had 4 different people telling me to fax the script, then to emailing the script, wich i did. On the friday of last week at 4-30 i phoned again to speak to a manager because the medication had still not arived, i was told i have to post it, after speaking to different people through the week, not 1 person had told me that. I told them that i only had 2 tablets left for my son, but this is obviousley not a problem for them, but yet everything they have asked for and told me to do i have done. Now i wait and see when and how long this will take for my sons meds.
