NO CHRONIC MEDICATION - NO FEEDBACK

I have been to the Dr and received my normal chronic medication script. First I was told my medical aid changed and the number so I could not get my medication at Medicross then I was told fax the script to Momentum Health (they gave me a number and I confirmed they received it) they will authorise it. I don't have to worry it will be done within 12 - 48 hours still waiting. In the mean time I have a Asthetic condition and get bronchitis 4 - 6 times a year and had Phneumonia twice last year. There is still no feedback on what is happening to my medication. I tried getting the antibiotics from the pharmacy and up to date nothing because I still did not get a new medical aid card as there is no more a medicross option. My script for the antibiotics expired as there is no help out there even after phoning severl times Momentum health. (I have gone to a government clinic because of this very bad service and they treated me better). Momentum Health wants my money but without giving me any service. Charmain. My tel No: 082 748 9362
