Since I have joined Momentum health there has been a complete lack of communication. I seem to have problems every month with them. Certain things with regards to my medical aid plan get changed without me being informed and then I accidentally find out when I need to make a claim. My recent issue is that Momentum health have changed me form a Carecross plan to Ingwe option and I was not notified. When I went to the pharmacy to claim my medication prescribed to me, I was told I wuld have to pay fr the medication because my Doctor was no longer on my prescribed list and therefore they would not cover my medication.
How do you change someones option and not notify them? Especially when you will then refuse to cover the medication I need because I have not changed to a doctor on the prescribed list. I am furious and I sent an email through on the 7th February and as of yet have heard NOTHING!! Big surprise there.
I am disgusted at how neglectful this company is to their customers and if I do not have this issue resolved with proficiency, I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.
