VALENTINE NIGHT RUINED

My wife and I visited your establishment to celebrate valentines day as well as our 18th wedding anniversary.
We attended the valentines dinner and to our dismay our names were not on the 7 o'clock nor 9 o'clock seatings. With much deliberation, we were finally told to sit in lounge as they were going to arrange a table for us. The hostess then collected us and seated us at a four seater with another couple. It was the day we met mr grumpy, mrs grumpier and together the grumpiest couple we've ever met. Remember this was valentines day, a day of love for a couple, and we were not impressed, as a footnote let me add, the food wow was so bad, Mr grumpy indicated that if he had gone to his farm, he could've killed his pigs with the bobotie, but instead his dogs may choke and die of it instead. My wife's fillings almost broke. Well thank you very much, we excused ourselves and graciously dismissed ourselves before dessert and another boring speech by the wine connoisseur (yuck). Please be advised that we've never had such a disappointing stay at any of your establishments and if you go on your system you would see that I've stayed at many, even at the waterfront for over a month. So
