Not releasing payment due, elaborate excuses

I regret to say that Quicksure handled my claim with the least amount of effort and the maximum delay. I am so disgusted.

6 Weeks after my claim, they finally assured me that payment was made on 26/02 from their FNB acc to my FNB acc which should in theory reflect immediately. I phoned Quicksure again to inform them that the payment does not reflect and requested proof of payment. Instead, a Quicksure typed letter was sent to me as proof of payment.

I contacted them on the 27th requesting the proof of payment to FNB's assistance to locate the payment by using the Trace ID, but my request was brushed off to the claims department.

Today, the 28th I contacted Quicksure several times to send me the proof of payment, but their excuse was that they cannot "lock into" their systems and it is inaccessible due to their month end - This however does not have anything to do with the bank's proof of payment.

Later today they advised me that the payment was rejected by the bank, they will pay tomorrow - How on earth if they confirmed the account number with me?

In my opinion Quicksure holds onto the payments due to their clients as long as they can, unless they can provide proof.
