Refuces to give me aknowledge/feadback on a claim

I joined Bonitas medical scheme in March 2013 after being with WCMASS for many years due to change of workplace. My monthly payment at Bonitas increased by R4, 213 per month compared to WCMASS. I experienced now numerous problems since joining Bonita's. During 2013 July the specialist motivated a special knee brace for my wife to support her knee so that a knee replacement can be postponed for some years. Bonitas refuses to acknowledge the claim, pretending every time when I phone that they did not receive it. I registered a query but after a week I received an email stating the query is closed even though no correspondence was made. When I sent it in they will wait a week and sent me a non replied email in which they just said that the query is closed. The end of Oct 2013 Bonitas list it on my monthly statement with the claim number, description and the beneficiary BUT there were nothing filled in to the Tariff code, amount charged, tariff amount, paid to HCP, amount owing by member and amount owing to member. When I query the statement regarding the incomplete information on the statement of the knee brace the just send me a no-reply e-mail that the query is now close.
