Bad service and conflicting statement

In November 2013, I contacted Bonitas in order to settle the outstanding amount due to them on my premium. I was told that my membership was cancelled and R2000 already paid towards the settlement will be refunded to me. End of November 2013, I called again to find out about the payment and I was told that the payment was requested but not yet released. In December 2013, I was told that my membership was cancelled in July 2013 and that the R2000 owed to me were allocated somewhere and that I owe Bonitas R400.
On the 17 January 2014, I sent an e-mail to Bonitas requesting for more clarity and providing them with my bank statement proving that my account was still being debited. An electronic e-mail was sent to me stating that my query will be attended to and a resolution will be sent to me within 5 working days. On the 27 January 2014, I contacted Bonitas to follow up as nobody responded to my query and the lady I spoke to, was only reading my e-mail on that day, which tells me that my query was not attended to. I left a message for her team leader to contact me but up to now, nobody bother to respond or even call me. Nedless to say that I am not impressed with the poor service.
