I submitted an urgent request for a number of orthapaedic appliances for my 90 year old father on 11th April 2013, with quotes, prescriptions, nappi codes, ICD Clearances, etc. supplied to Bonitas.
I have had no information at all from Bonitas except for one of the items which they they said is an exclusion. All we receive is from Bonitas is: "we have received and are attending to your query'' - the same query has not at all been attended to, and this query has repeatedly just been issued a different query no. with no answers or response every time. No communication or information given, except to say that the query has now been closed. Not one of my questions were answered about these appliances.

In desperation I went through a broker to resolve the issue on 24th May 2013. The brokers then followed up on 31st May 2013 and were informed by Joe at Bonitas that we must now wait another 30 working days for the 'Case Managers' to work with this request. That would then mean that we have to wait until - 8th July 2013! This is 3 months later! Utterly shocking 'non-service' given by Bonitas!
I am handling this problem on behalf of my father.
