SA Getaways accommodation stop orders

At the beginning of the year I was phoned by a salesperson from this Company asking if I would be interested in an accommodation voucher for R399?
I replied yes and the amount was deducted from my bank account.
The following month on the 15th another amount was deducted from my account. I phoned and they said it was a deduction for 2 months - which in the 1st place I was not told. I let if go at that and the next 2 months again these amounts were deducted. I contacted them and said they must refund me which they never did - I still let it ride and gave these as gits to people - RATHER ANNOYED BY NOW!!!

When I phoned them I said I would report them if there was another deduction ever again - I DO NOT want any more vouchers!!
It was fine for 2 months and now all of a sudden they have made another deduction of R399 on my account this month which I never authorised - but the debit order now says something else but its the same company deducting.
I want this reversed immedaitely and am taking further action - I now want all my amounts reversed except the one that I gave authorisation for at the beginning of the year and I want somebody from this Company phoning me urgently!!
