Money: Not the first time

On 15/08/2013 the amount of R 299.00 was deducted from my account. Without authorisation. Last month it was R299.99. I went to my bank to get a stop order against this company. It cost me R45 for the stop order. Are the banks in on this? If you complain your money is paid back, but you pay a fee for the stop order? Every month, for the past 18 months this has happened. Sometimes up to 4 different amounts are deducted. All by different "Companies". If you get your money reversed, they only change the amount or they change the company's name. So next month it is the same story all over. How can this be tolerated? Will it help if I lay a formal charge at the police?
