Loan Detector Sa
R399 deducted unlawfully

I noticed on my bank statement that there were a deduction made of R399. I contacted my bank (standard) and asked them what is was. They traced it for me and sms'ed me the name and no of the company. it was Loan Detector SA with a 0861 no. I contacted them and asked what this was for and they said i took a loan with them last year for R40000.00! I never took a loan with them, when i got angry the women told me to open up a case of identify and call them again, and put down the phone! I contacted Standard bank again and they where very help full and reversed the deduction. I must really give Standard Bank a big thumbs up for their service in this regard. My only concern now is will this happen again next month?
