A few month ago I received a call from rtr distributors claiming that I have won a holiday to the value of R10000 but I need to pay R399 to activate it to which I agreed and I was told that I will receive my vouchers within 14 days, R399 was deducted from my account that month then the following month another R400 odd was deducted and I still hadn't received my vouchers after numerous emails and phone calls I eventually received the vouchers stating that they received payment of R399 so where is my other R400 odd that I paid.
today 28 January 2014 I received another phone call asking if I received my vouchers which I have then i was told that I must pay an activation fee of R399 and do I agree that it can be deducted from my account at the end of February to which I replied no I have already paid the activation fee then suddenly the person on the phone asked me when is the best time to phone me back to which I replied now is the best time he then told me he will phone me back.
