Deductions on my account

This company has deducted R 149 in October last year i asked my bank to reverse it and now they are deducting R 49 so that I am unable to pick it up. I went through my statement for this month and saw the deduction. I have called called the company to stop the deduction and the phone was dropped as soon as I told them to stop.
