I was a guest at the Southern Sun Maharani from 14/06-17/06. The aircon / fan heater was not working in the room which I reported to the hotel. A maintenance guy was then sent up to check the system, followed by another who informed me that the aircon company would have to check it and that would only be possible on the next Tuesday, as it was a long weekend. They then informed me that they could not move me to another room and would send up a heater. They called half an hour later to tell me the heaters were finished, and sent up a blanket instead. It was rather disappointing to receive such service from a reputable establishment
