Liberty messes up yet again

On 19 March I had a dental surgery done at Louis Leipoldt hospital.
According to my member guide, elective surgery is unlimited, but subject to DRC & Liberty pre-authorization.
I received both of these, & submitted, everything was fine.

Now Liberty claims there are codes that don't match, & will not pay an outstanding amount of R1072, 89. Nowhere in my member guide does it mention LMS rates applying to elective dentistry surgery. I am not prepared to pay that outstanding amount for a surgery I got all the pre-authorizations for!

I am tired of the pathetic service, & the lack of information given by Liberty. I am tired of having to complain all the time. These issues have been happening for the past 2-3months! is Liberty doing? I've never had such issues before.

Also, the anesthetist is now suddenly not being fully paid either? What's the reason behind that one?
I pay enough as it is, I don't deserve this pathetic service, & I deserve some explanation ASAP because I'm getting bills upon bills for things that the member guide claims to cover!

I am seriously considering changing to a different medical scheme because I cannot battle like this any longer.
