Bad Service and Bad Attitute

1. They made me to do my bed while I was there for delivering my daughter
2. They captured wrong information to my baby's gender
3. They did not help me when I went back for correction because the home affairs wanted them to fill some forms to be filled so that I can make changes on the birth certificate; they keep on send me back to home affairs
4. They shouted at me and humiliated me in front of everyone and final they said you must come back with your child, I went back home without help.
5. Almost three times trying to get help and there is no one is willing to help with regards to this issue
6. Maternity is worse than all departments
7. And I know if go back with the child there will be some stories, Iam scared and confused what to do
8. And if is Irene Mofokeng the Staff Nurse, she shout as if you are a small child, she does not listen to you, you listen to her end of the story
