Liberty Medical scheme fails again

I have been trying to contact Liberty Medical scheme since 26 October 2012 to find out why they have suspended my Medical aid and why they are requesting additional payments above the usual Debit order they currently take. After 5 attempts of their staff not being able to answer my question they sent me a reconciliation of where they paid a supplier in error and i must reimburse them. I am happy to reimburse Liberty if this payment was indeed made on one of my medical bills however Liberty cannot supply me with any further info than their recon proving they paid someone and allocated it to my account. Again in 2012 Liberty appears to have paid suppliers in error so i guarantee as soon as i make the payment they are requesting they will send the next request that i may once again fix their mistake! Finally they promised to get a financial manager to call me back and still nothing. Today they alleged someone called me 3 times on the 31 January and I was not available. Strange i received no Voice mail, sms, e mail or message from my office that they had called. Liberty Medical scheme appears to be falling apart I cannot believe the poor service i am receiving after so many years.
