Liberty doesnt follow through on claims!

I submitted my claim in september, the treating specialist tried to get the tariff amount so that he could bill liberty for the medical report. It took us 2 months to find that info out. Then they sent the wrong PMA to the wrong doctors which once again delayed the claim being finalised. The specialist is still waiting on the payment at this point, then when they finally get it right liberty confirms they received all documentation including the medical report. The claim finally moves forward to the assessor's and it gets delayed there again because of a missing medical report. Liberty confirms that payment was made to the doctor, I called the doctor to conform this so that he can release the report and he tells me that liberty didnt pay him according to the banking details on the invoice but decided to pay him into a very old bank account that is now closed. Its NOVEMBER 18th already, I had my surgery in AUGUST. Liberty is stressing me out of my mind, im on reduced salary and cant pay my bond! They claim to look for reasons to say yes when you claim but it looks like they look for ways to delay your claim so that they dont have to pay!!!
