Shocking customer service / keep rejecting a claim

At then end of last year (2013), my daughter went to a contracted discovery GP with stomach pains, the gp suspected she had appendicitis and sent her for blood tests to a contracted discovery pathologist, the following day my contracted discovery gp requested that she go again for blood tests to confirm that all was ok, needless to say discovery did not pay as it was out of MSA even tho it should have been paid out of INB, discovery acknowledged they should have paid and requested I reprocess the claim, again discovery rejected and again I contacted the call center and again they acknowledged they should have paid and again it was rejected, today I am on my third call to the call centre and guess what again they will try and reprocess. Discovery how about listening to your own recordings I have had to repeat myself 3 times to a new call centre agent each time and get them to agree it was rejected incorrectly. please help
