Can't get Antenatal Bloodtests Claim Paid

I am a Discovery Keycare member who is pregnant. In order to confirm my pregnancy, I saw a GP who ordered antenatal bloodtests through Pathcare to confirm the pregnancy and do the routine tests required. Although Keycare Core does not cover day-to-day benefits, antenatal blood tests are covered from the antenatal cover.
This claim was initially rejected apparently due to the ICD10 code being incorrect. This was corrected and resubmitted on the 16th April, but despite numerous calls to Discovery and logging numerous inquiries I can get nowhere with getting this sorted out.
