Poor service

Most of service providers I need to pay first and claim back from Discovery. This is not the problem. Usually it takes two weeks and Discovery will refund me. The last 6 claims takes an average of 3 to 6 WEEKS. I need to phone 4 to 5 times each time, . ( average call 15-20 minutes) they give me a new reference number and tells me it will take 3-4 days to be processed. After 5 days I will phone again just to be told the invoice was unclear or ICD 10 code was missing or claim was not received etc. i pay more than R8000 per month for discovery. It is really unacceptable that I need to resubmit a claim average 3 times, phone 4 to 5 times etc. I really think I must change my medical Aid before I get a hart attack!!!
