Anaesthetic very expensive

Dr Caroline Lee is a very good Anaesthetic BUT VERY EXPENSIVE, she charged about double the medical aid fee. I went for a gastoscopy and have to pay in R700. I want to warn people to always FIRST ask the questions if they are contracted in or what is there fees, this is the one thing nobody asked you before going to theathre, they just come and see you BUT never let you know that they are not contracted in and afterwards you have to pay in. Please always make sure that YOU asked them about the fees and if they contracted in otherwise you sit with my problem to pay in an amount you don't have.
Like I said Dr Lee is friendly and very good but very expensive for the "5 min" i went into theathre.
